Quick Prints

Quick Prints is for those who have printed with Brooklyn Archival before, have files that are ready to go, know which paper they want to use and are looking for a more streamlined, cheaper and quicker process.  

If you are relatively tech-savvy, you can make your files print-ready and upload them online.  See our File Preparation page for complete instructions on how to properly set up your file in order to use this service.

SUBMISSION OF FILES

Please use our File Upload page to submit your files.  If they are especially large, you can make arrangements to drop them off at the studio on a thumb drive or use wetransfer.com.  We do not accept emailed files.

Once the files are received, we always check for any obvious problems and then print a proof.  Proofs are used so we can be sure how the digital file translates to an actual print, and can better observe resolution and color issues.  You can drop by to check the proof or we can Fedex it to you.  Once you ok the proof, we'll go ahead and make the final print.  If changes need to be made, we will begin to charge for all subsequent proofs.  Check out Price Calculator to view the discounts on using this service.

Quick Prints usually takes 24-48 hours.

PAYMENT

For large orders, we ask for a 50% deposit before printing begins.  We accept all credit cards which can be made in person or online although they do incur a 3.75% surchage.  We do accept cash in person, but not checks. All jobs must be paid in full upon delivery of the work.
