Introduction Service

Our job is to make sure no matter how familiar you are with the printing process, you will walk away with either what you wanted, or something even better.  The Introduction Service is meant for first-time clients, people who are uncertain of exactly how to perfect their digital file and anyone who is interested in exploring the various paper options we have to offer.

We can begin with you sending us your files. We will then contact you in order to verify the process you would like to take. If you need/want, we can help you set up your files.  Generally the cost is $10 per file from raw image to completely set up print, with a reduced cost for multiple files.

SUBMISSION OF FILES

Please use our File Upload page to submit your files.  If they are especially large, you can make arrangements to drop them off at the studio on a thumb drive or use wetransfer.com.  We do not accept emailed files.

Once the files are received, we always check for any obvious problems and then print a proof.  Proofs are used so we can be sure how the digital file translates to an actual print, and can better observe resolution and color issues.  You can drop by to check the proof or we can Fedex it to you for no charge.  Once you ok the proof, we'll go ahead and make the final print.  If changes need to be made, we will begin to charge for all subsequent proofs.  Check out our Price Calculator to estimate the price of your prints.

Introduction Service usually takes more than 48hrs, which will vary on how quickly we can prepare the print decisions and how many prints you request.

PAYMENT

For large orders, we ask for a 50% deposit before printing begins.  We accept all credit cards which can be made in person or online although they do incur a 3.75% surchage.  We accept cash in person, but not checks. All jobs must be paid in full upon delivery of the work.
